About the position:

As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the talent acquisition team in day-to-day tasks, and other special projects. This role is for someone who can adapt quickly, take initiative, and work collaboratively with the team.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Source candidates in our recruitment platforms (Greenhouse, Job Street, LinkedIn, etc.) and assist on building talent pipelines by utilizing various methods (i.e., networking, referrals, online searches, Internet postings, job/career fairs, local colleges, user/technical groups, etc.)
  • Phone screen and qualify candidates for interest level, salary expectations, and core competencies of the required qualities of the position.
  • Coordinate interview schedules for the hiring team and act as the point of contact throughout the entire process.
  • Updating our recruitment database and cross-checking reports on Greenhouse in a timely manner.
  • Collect completed pre-employment requirements including background verification/references and pre-employment medical examination results.
  • Preparing offer letters for candidates and managing the onboarding of upcoming new hires.
  • Support the other administrative and talent acquisition projects related to Referral Program, Career/Job Fairs, Talent Branding, etc.
  • Other HR tasks that may be assigned.

What you will bring to our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at varying priority levels and communicating the status to manage expectations.
  • Strong passion for recruitment and a genuine interest in building a career in talent acquisition.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
