A Letter to Our Customers and Partners From Avepoint Co-Founder/CEO

Dear Valued Customers and Partners,

First and foremost, all of us at AvePoint would like to express our compassion to the people and communities who have been impacted by the COVID-19 virus, either directly or indirectly.

Many of our employees have young children or are caring for aging parents, myself included. The responsibility of being a care provider while not knowing what may happen in a month, let alone a year, takes a great amount of courage.

AvePoint is committed to do our part, no matter how small, by implementing working from home policies across our offices worldwide and putting the health and safety of our employees, families and communities first.

In Singapore, we are strictly adhering to MOH’s guidelines for health and travel to ensure our workforce stays safe. This is especially true for our employees who have travelled abroad and returned to Singapore. We are pleased to report all of our employees that directly support our customers onsite are currently located in Singapore having followed MOH guidelines since the start of the pandemic.

As a strong advocate of Microsoft cloud communication technologies, such as Microsoft Teams, our employees have been accustomed to working effectively with customers, partners and with each other, while sitting next to each other, or continents apart.

I am seeing Yammer groups for exchanging ideas and tips while working from home, Teams owners adding channels to provide extra support, and employees experimenting with Planner or OneNote to make sure every project, every campaign, and every activity can be carried out in the most productive way. They truly embody our three core values – agility, teamwork and passion.

Also, if current circumstances have lead you to quickly adopt Microsoft Teams, or you have adopted and seen a surge in usage, I’d like to extend a set of special offers to help you support remote work.

Our new Microsoft Teams Intelligent Surge Management offering is a preconfigured version of our Cloud Governance solution designed to get your Teams environment organized and secure in less than two weeks.

We have also just released our FREE #WFHReady kit to help support the community during this time. See the video below for more details:

I am confident you will find the support of our digital workplace experts and solutions invaluable as you embrace digital transformation, utilise the power of the Microsoft cloud, and become the most resilient, adaptable, and strong organisation you can be.

Sincerely,
