Enabling Collaboration with Built-in Security and Data Governance at IDEX 2015 #IDEX2015

Happening from February 22-26 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, the International Defence Exhibition and Conference (IDEX) 2015 is hailed as the most strategically important tri-service defence exhibition in the world. Members of the global defence community will gather for five days to explore the latest technologies across the land, sea, and air sectors while discussing current challenges the industry faces.

In today’s information-rich environment, it’s imperative defence organisations be able to securely collaborate and share data in real time. However, this is frequently complicated by the fact that the organisations operate in a messy world of unclassified legacy data and solutions, with a growing demand for mobile access from a variety of devices. In order to share solutions to these challenges, AvePoint will be available throughout IDEX 2015 at Microsoft’s booth (#C12-012).

Throughout the event, we will showcase solutions that enable collaboration with built-in security and data governance that go beyond traditional, inflexible access controls, including:

  • Document classification and content-aware tagging with enterprise Data Loss Prevention (DLP) – with AvePoint Compliance Guardian
  • Mobile data collaboration, geo-fencing, and secure sharing – with AvePoint Perimeter
  • Cloud-based video multicasting with a commander call solution – with AvePoint Podium

To learn more about how these solutions are helping connect people with technology across multiple platforms and devices as well as ways in which we’re allowing organisations to shed light on dark data, read a recent post on the Microsoft in Government Blog by AvePoint Co-CEO and Co-Founder Dr. Tianyi (TJ) Jiang.

Will you be at IDEX 2015? Be sure to stop by and see us at Microsoft’s booth. We look forward to meeting you and discussing how we can help you achieve your mission-critical objectives in 2015.
