The October 2025 release of AvePoint Elements introduces a series of targeted enhancements designed to help Managed Service Providers (MSPs) deliver more efficient servicesenforce stronger governance, and scale operations across diverse customer environments. From baseline versioning to automated license provisioning, these updates reflect AvePoint’s continued investment in partner success.

Device & User Management: Unified Control Across Environments

Managing endpoints and users across multiple tenants is now more streamlined. The updated Device Management module supports Android, iOS, macOS, Linux, and Windows platforms, allowing administrators to apply compliance policies, assign groups, and audit activity from a single interface. Automated offboarding workflows now include retention periods, access cleanup, and mailbox transitions. Partners can also convert mailboxes, assign users to Azure applications and directory roles, and manage functional roles within Teams, all from a unified user management console.

Baseline Management: Smarter Governance at Scale

Governance is central to delivering secure and consistent services, and this release gives partners the tools to manage it more efficiently across large, complex environments. With baseline versioning, partners can now track configuration changes, compare versions, and push updates across tenants – all from a centralized interface. This reduces manual overhead and ensures consistency across environments.

The new bulk tenant import feature simplifies onboarding for large customer volumes, while custom drift detection frequency allows partners to tailor governance checks to each tenant’s risk profile. The new centralized reporting dashboard consolidates deviation tracking and tenant-specific settings, giving MSPs a clearer view of their governance health and compliance posture.

Partner & Marketplace Integrations: Seamless Ecosystem Connectivity

Elements now integrates with Microsoft CSP Partner Center, enabling automated customer onboarding, subscription provisioning, and app profile deployment through GDAP (Granular Delegated Admin Privileges). This approach ensures secure, least-privilege access for partners during onboarding and ongoing management, aligning with Microsoft’s modern security standards. This new integration reduces friction in the setup process and accelerates time-to-value for new customers.

With new marketplace automation capabilities, partners can now configure workflows for automated license purchases, set daily or monthly limits, define subscription scopes, and track purchase history, all within Elements. Integrations with Ingram Micro Xvantage and ArrowSphere bring procurement, inventory, and pricing data directly into the platform, eliminating the need to toggle between systems and improving lifecycle management.

Resource Management & Extensibility: Broader Coverage, Deeper Integration

Security and backup capabilities have expanded to cover all Azure resource types, including virtual machines and storage. MSPs can configure scan rules at the organizational level and monitor job status through a centralized process center, improving visibility and control over cloud assets.

For partners building custom integrations, expanded public API support enables deeper automation and more flexible service delivery. These APIs allow for granular permission configuration and customer scoping, making it easier to tailor Elements to specific operational needs. Partners can leverage these APIs to integrate monitoring alerts or status updates into their existing SIEM or ITSM solutions, enabling consolidated visibility and faster incident response.
