Hey all! Back in June during our inaugural ShiftHappens Conference, I had the pleasure of sitting down with my dear friends Mary Jo Foley and Paul Thurrott to talk shop about common pitfalls organizations fall into when moving to the cloud.

One of the issues we see surprisingly often is that companies tend to focus on the technology without considering the end-user. As Paul put it, you can use the best tool in the world, but if you don’t have the right culture behind it, it simply isn’t going to work. Settling on change management strategies to help users adjust will save both you and your users a massive headache!
