Jacqueline’s creative leadership style and proactive approach to information management has led her to be an inspirational leader and as quoted by her colleagues and clients “her positive attitude is infectious” and “she is totally human in her approach”.
Jacqueline’s approach to information management is to simplify what is viewed as a complex and uninteresting topic into relevant practical and enjoyable solutions, which can be understood and implemented by staff, employers and clients.
Jacqueline is highly qualified with an MSC in Healthcare Management, BA Hons in Business Management, and holds a BSC Certificate in Freedom of Information and a Data Protection Practitioners qualification.
Jacqueline started Leadership Through Data to transform the way people learn about Information Management and avoid making training a tick-box exercise.
Jacqueline has spent a lot of time researching how people learn and has based LTD training principles on the psychology of learning methods. This means at LTD we avoid heavy text on slides, but instead use pictures to relate to topics. After all, how are you able to listen to the trainer, read all the text presented to you and retain all that information at the same time? Simple, remove one element; the text on the slide, and replace with pictures! Visual images are more engaging and have a greater impact than the written word, therefore, you are more likely to remember the picture and recall the teaching point. Our trainers are selected for their knowledge, contribution to the world of data protection and information governance and are passionate about the way LTD train. They are the central point for your training session; however, they will not spend the session talking at you. They will enquire what your goals and objectives are for the day and provide the knowledge you need. They will facilitate discussions that encourage you to share your experiences.
