AvePoint Recognized as Winner for 2017 Microsoft Partner of the Year Award for Public Sector: Microsoft CityNext

This year’s honor, which recognizes the company’s work on AvePoint Citizen Services, marks AvePoint’s fourth consecutive Microsoft Partner of the Year Award

Jersey City, New Jersey — June 1, 2017 — AvePoint, the Microsoft Cloud expert, today announced it has won the 2017 Microsoft Partner of the Year Award for Public Sector: Microsoft CityNext. The company was honored among a global field of top Microsoft partners for demonstrating excellence in innovation and implementation of customer solutions based on Microsoft technology.

Awards were presented in several categories, with winners chosen from a set of more than 2,800 entrants from 115 countries worldwide. AvePoint was recognized for providing outstanding solutions and services for Public Sector: Microsoft CityNext – specifically AvePoint Citizen Services. The Microsoft CityNext Partner of the Year Award recognizes partners whose solutions address the most pressing challenges for cities, drive digital transformation, and empower more sustainable, prosperous, and economically competitive cities.

AvePoint Citizen Services enables government agencies or citizen-support non-government organizations (NGOs) to automate case management and incident reporting, which allows field officers, operational centers, and the citizens they support to input and manage requests from any device, anywhere, at any time. The Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution is entirely built on Microsoft Cloud technology – including Azure, Dynamics 365, Power BI, Cortana Intelligence Suite, Cortana Personal Assistant, and Windows 10 – and is available to try now through Microsoft AppSource.
