AvePoint's Sales teams consist of: Business Development, Mid-Market Inside Sales, Enterprise Field Sales, and Partner Account Management.

Our Business Development team focuses on generating pipeline for the sales organization. The Business Development Representatives (BDR) facilitate and maintain ongoing relationships with leads, contacts and prospects that need to be nurtured over time prior to qualification as an active sales opportunity within their assigned territories.

Our Mid-Market Inside Sales team manages the full sales cycle for our mid-market accounts. This team consists of Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) and Senior Inside Sales Representatives (SISR) and drives the identification and qualification of opportunities, develops and executes opportunity plans leading to the generation of SaaS/Subscription, maintenance and services revenues.

Our Enterprise Field Sales team manages the full sales cycle for our enterprise accounts. This team consists of Customer Account Executives (CAE), Senior Account Executives (SAE), and Global Account Directors (GAD).

  •  The Customer Account Executives assume the ownership role for named customer accounts while driving the identification and qualification of new opportunities, executing account strategy and generating incremental software, consulting and training revenue within the customer base.
  •  The Senior Account Executives assume the ownership role for their assigned accounts and territory while driving the identification and qualification of opportunities, developing and executing account and opportunity plans leading to the generation of software license, maintenance and services revenues.
  •  The Global Account Directors assume the ownership role for named global Fortune 500 accounts while driving the identification and qualification of opportunities, developing and executing global account and opportunity plans leading to the generation of software license, maintenance and services revenues.

Our Partner Account Management team establishes and drives strategic partnerships with managed service providers, technology providers, system integrators and value-added resellers (VARs) to increase market presence and ensure quality delivery of services.
