We offer the following Partner Programs:

Value Added Reseller (VAR) Partner Program

This program is for companies that wish to resell our software and receive generous commissions. AvePoint has a three-tier offering based on commitment levels with each level requiring additional commitment. Partners of our VAR Program are assessed quarterly, and refreshed annually to receive benefits based on their program level.

bronze partner

Bronze Level

AvePoint Bronze Level Partner status requires that partners possess the technical competence to sell our products. The program rewards partners with a flexible entry-point, guaranteed commission payments, and generous commission-based compensation structure upon meeting the Bronze Level requirements.

silver partner

Silver Level

AvePoint Silver Level Partner status requires intermediate sales and training commitments from partners. The Silver Level program rewards partners by providing generous commission-based compensation. Benefits include Marketing Development Funds (MDF) to support market adoption for AvePoint products.

gold partner

Gold Level

AvePoint Gold Level Partner status represents our top level of reseller certification. It is exclusive to partners that have committed to generating high sales revenue selling AvePoint products. Benefits for Gold Level partners include highest commission-based compensation and Marketing Development Funds (MDF), as well as dedicated field-based sales assistance.

Referral Program

The AvePoint Sales Referral Program lets you deliver AvePoint technology directly through AvePoint. You will be compensated a percentage of total license sales for your referral, and the customer will receive all that AvePoint has to offer. The referral program addresses one-time sales, but we fulfill our commitment to the customer and partner by placing the customer first.


Software Distributor Program

The AvePoint Software Distributor Program delivers AvePoint software directly to your end-users. You can allow organizations to purchase software through a pre-approved procurement method through your online purchasing systems. You will receive a discount for the resale of AvePoint products and services.
